Ride across Beartooth Highway
Today we ventured east along the winding Beartooth highway, to Beartooth pass, which is the highest elevation on the highway (10,947’) in the northern Rockies. It is dubbed “the most beautiful highway in America”. We traveled the winding road to Red Lodge where we stopped for a great lunch. My blogs aren’t complete without at least one food photo, our risotto and lamb sliders created by a James Beard nominee 😋. And interesting bathroom decor 🤣. It would have been a perfect day except for we encountered a fair amount of rain on our return.
Notice the snow on the left, it was chilly
